The “Comfort Women” Justice Coalition joins with humanity world-wide as we call for an immediate cease-fire and end to the siege in Gaza. We mourn all the lives lost, the suffering, and destruction which continue to escalate in this horrific situation—before, during and after October 7th.
Aided by the US and in the name of Zionism, an ideology of apartheid, Israel is committing ethnic cleansing and genocide both in the West Bank and Gaza. More than 11,000 people have been killed, at least 4,550 of them children. These war crimes must be stopped immediately.
The world did nothing when hundreds of thousands were murdered in Nanjing in 1936. The world did nothing when hundreds of thousands of women and girls were sexually enslaved as “comfort women” during WWII. The world did nothing, as millions were killed in the Holocaust. We cannot stand by and do nothing now.
